C-237.3 Other forces
We recognize four acclaimed forces of the B-universe. What of other forces, matters of consequentiality too, in the Expansion and the S-universe, that we have failed to Grasp given our focus of attention on things of nature rather than the Involve of the Nature of Things (one of whose general persisting conditions is consequentiality)?
The Expansion, via History’s “B CEM S” is still a largely untapped force, in that so little of emergence has been realized. We B-speak conceptually of “love,” but its absence in human behavior is as notable as its presence. And, conceptually, it lacks the consequentially it could have as a theoretical construct, if we bring procedural technology to bear.
We have harnessed, with the aid of procedural technology (an S-universe force), the B-universe forces to the extent of endangering human existence. Procedural technology could be a very positive force … especially as developed for mettles and mettle alloying (“mettle health”).
However, procedural tech as we know it is weak – notwithstanding all the constraints of rules and regulations … and this despite the best efforts of civil servants. Our procedural tech, like B-speak, has grown like Topsy. More in aggregate response to needed technology for situational problems than by development from a scientific analysis of S-universe and Expansion phenomena and principles re the behavioral problem.
We have only to look to the current pandemic response to see the results of this weakness. B-universe science has spectacularly provided the vaccine. But where is the S-universe science and procedural tech that might have prepared us to better meet the pandemic in the first place and to distribute the vaccine in the second place?
For a project like democracy, where forces of strength not just of power are at a premium, S-universe forces are called upon (WICF) to produce the mettle and mettle alloy functionalities with which community is composed, then to produce further CEM functionality by which union* (the individual and community selves relationship) is composed.
“We, the people” and “of, by and for the people” are not going to work out unless the forces of the S-universe and the Expansion can be realized. Until then we should expect only more trouble from the imbalanced “power/strength >1+” ratio that has plagued human behavior throughout its history. And more exasperation from the recurring imbalance of “responsibility/capability >1”, to which our response has been to “cream off” responsible talent, as best we can, rather than to cultivate the forces of the Expansion and the S-universe.
